The device has a projection (210) including a bracing element interposed between a measurement socket case (B) and an inner face (100) to create a space (E) between the case and the face. An end of the bracing element is fixed at the face and projecting toward interior of a tire. The projection is preformed with a bearing surface (211) and a retainer (212) for the case. The case comprises a shell (300) forming a concave receiving volume (310) and open toward the face. The volume includes a battery (311), a printed circuit (312) and a pressure sensor (313). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a tire.
