A fin (5) of a heat exchanger (41) of an air conditioning apparatus (1) includes an aluminum base material (8), a hydrophilic layer (6), and a corrosion-resistant layer (7) provided between the aluminum base material (8) and the hydrophilic layer (6). A contact angle of the surface of the hydrophilic layer (6) with water is 50 degrees or less, and a water content of the hydrophilic layer (6) per square decimeter of the surface of the hydrophilic layer (6) is 400 mg/dm 2 or less.
