The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device which comprises a first substrate, a gate line, a data line, a thin film transistor, a common electrode, a pixel electrode, and a storage capacitor. The gate line is located on the first substrate. The data line is located on the first substrate and crosses the gate line. The thin film transistor is located in a non-transmission unit. The pixel electrode is located in the non-transmission unit. The storage capacitor comprises a storage capacitor prepared by the pixel electrode adjacent to the common electrode. Therefore, the liquid crystal display device can maximize liquid crystal driving efficiency, obtain a capacity of the storage capacitor, and maximize a transmission rate and an aperture rate. |
