The present invention relates to an apparatus of forming a reinforcement structure in a pipe. An apparatus of forming a reinforcement structure in a pipe according to the present invention includes: a work frame on which the pipe is mounted; a rotating and transferring unit which is installed on one side of the work frame, and simultaneously rotates and transfers the pipe in one direction; a discharge unit which is installed above the work frame such that the discharge unit is spaced apart from the work frame in a predetermined gap, on one side of which an outlet is formed, and which is installed to be rotatable in a vertical direction; a vertical rotating force providing unit which provides a vertical rotating force to the discharge unit; a reinforcement yarn feeding unit which feeds a reinforcement yarn to the discharge unit; and a curable resin feeding unit which feeds a pressure sensitive adhesive curable resin to the reinforcement yarn such that the pressure sensitive adhesive curable resin is coated on the reinforcement yarn. According as the discharge unit is in contact with or spaced apart from an inner circumferential surface of the pipe, the reinforcement yarn coated with the pressure sensitive adhesive curable resin is in contact with or spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the pipe such that the reinforcement structure is formed in the pipe. The apparatus of forming a reinforcement structure in a pipe according to the present invention has a merit that the pipe is capable of being easily formed in various forms before curing the curable resin by being in contact with the reinforcement yarn coated with the pressure sensitive adhesive curable resin with an inner part of the pipe, and forming the reinforcement structure. Further, the apparatus of forming a reinforcement structure in a pipe according to the present invention has a merit that the pipe is capable of being weight-lightened by curing the curable resin, and then forming in the pipe a reinforcement structure which is capable of resisting compression load or deflection load due to an external force, and reducing the thickness of the pipe at the same strength condition. Further, an apparatus of forming a reinforcement structure in a pipe according to the present invention has a merit that strength of the reinforcement structure formed in the pipe is capable of being variously adjusted by adjusting a gap in which a plurality of points of the reinforcement yarn coated with the pressure sensitive adhesive curable resin are in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the pipe. |
