摘要 The present invention relates to a method for storing sweet persimmons with improved storage stability by enclosing sweet persimmons with a porous natural material capable of delaying spoilage and softening when the sweet persimmons are packaged and stored at a low temperature. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: preparing a natural material bag containing a porous natural material in nonwoven fabric which is capable of transmitting air; activating the natural material bag; packaging the activated natural material bag and sweet persimmons together in an LDPE film; and storing the packaged sweet persimmons in a low temperature storage.
