摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizing and drying device that is compact with a simple structure and can perform pulverization and drying processes of a raw material simultaneously in a short period of time while hardly causing damage to the raw material by heat.SOLUTION: A pulverizing and drying device includes: a cylindrical pulverizing room C1 for storing a rotor 2 comprising a plurality of blades 1; a classification room C2 having the same core as that of the pulverization room C1 and an inner diameter smaller than that of the pulverization room C1 and disposed in a downstream side of the pulverization room C1; a guiding duct 3, for guiding hot air and a raw material into the classification room C2; a raw material supply port 4 connected in the middle of the guiding duct 3; a heater 5 disposed at the upper stream side of the guiding duct 3 for generating hot air; and a discharge port 6 disposed in contact in a circumferential direction from the classification room C2. The raw material supplied is pulverized by collisions among the raw material itself or collisions between the raw material and an inner face of the circumference of the pulverizing room or a blade 1 caused by high speed air flow generated with the rotation of the rotor 2 and becomes a fine powder, enlarging the surface area. Then, the fine powder is instantaneously dried in the pulverizing room C1 inside the pulverizing room C1 and is delivered with hot air from the discharged port 6.
