The present invention relates to a bag containing red ginseng and medicinal herbs for functional flavored glutinous rice and, more specifically, to a bag containing red ginseng and medicinal herbs, including Helianthus tuberosus, Polygonati Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Lycii Fructus, Mori Folium, and Artemisiae Capillaris Herba, with a fixed particle size as a composition. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the bag containing red ginseng and medicinal herbs for functional flavored glutinous rice and, more specifically, to a method comprising the following steps: (1) treating red ginseng, Helianthus tuberosus, Polygonati Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Lycii Fructus, Mori Folium, and Artemisiae Capillaris Herba with vinegar or fumigation respectively; (2) drying the treated red ginseng, Helianthus tuberosus, Polygonati Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Lycii Fructus, Mori Folium, and Artemisiae Capillaris Herba; and (3) grinding the dried red ginseng, Helianthus tuberosus, Polygonati Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Lycii Fructus, Mori Folium, and Artemisiae Capillaris Herba into a fixed particle size and filling the same in a bag. According to the bag containing red ginseng and medicinal herbs for functional flavored glutinous rice and the method for manufacturing the same proposed by the present invention: the ginseng and medicinal herbs with a fixed particle size are contained as a composition; and provided are the composition containing Helianthus tuberosus, Polygonati Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Lycii Fructus, Mori Folium, and Artemisiae Capillaris Herba for functional flavored glutinous rice and the optimal mixing ratio thereof, thereby providing a new functional food using red ginseng and medicinal herbs for people, being easy to drink as leached tea or cook as nutritious rice so as to increase user convenience, and maximizing effects of red ginseng and other medicinal herbs on health. |
