PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passbook bringing forward device, a passbook entrainment detection method and a program for detecting the entrainment of a passbook.SOLUTION: A delivery processing part 15 delivers a passbook from a passbook cassette configuring a passbook storage part 14. Then, a measurement part 19B measures the number of conveyance steps of a stepping motor configuring the delivery processing part 15 since the stepping motor is started until the delivery of the passbook is detected by a delivery detection part 16. Then, a determination part 19C determines whether or not the entrainment of the passbook has occurred on the basis of the measured number of conveyance steps. |
