The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a powdered safflower bud extract and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a powdered safflower bud extract by drying safflower buds and then soaking the same in 40% fermented ethanol at room temperature to extract an extract, then concentrating the extract and freeze-drying the same. If manufacturing the powdered safflower bud extract according to the method of the present invention, the product manufactured by the processes caters to consumers′ tastes, contains the high content of nutrients, and effectively provides the powdered safflower bud extract having improved shelf life and expiration date, being easy to take as a drink and a food, and helping in alleviating bone diseases, having antioxidant activity, promoting activation of a brain and the growth of juveniles.
