The present invention relates to an emergency lamp control system using digital addressable lighting interface (DALI) communication protocol, which can control an emergency lamp through the DALI communication protocol. In particular, the emergency lamp control system comprises: a manager server which generates control information based on information received from a user; an emergency lamp controller which is connected with the manager server through wired and wireless communications, and generates a control message based on the control information; a DALI stabilizer which is connected with the emergency lamp controller through DALI communication, and drives a light emitting diode (LED) lamp using the control message; and the LED lamp which receives a power source from the DALI stabilizer to be turned on thereby. The emergency lamp controller transmits charge or discharge state information of a rechargeable battery, which provides the power source to the LED lamp, to the manager server.
