摘要 An objective of the present invention is to shorten a warm-up time of a fuel cell system in a low-temperature environment. A method for controlling the flow rate of a cooling medium in a fuel cell system that has a fuel cell, an internal flow path of the cooling medium, and an external flow path connected to the internal flow path and forming a circulatory flow path includes: (a) a step of estimating whether or not an inlet temperature is equal to or higher than the lower limit of a temperature range in which generated water does not freeze within the fuel cell, the inlet temperature being the temperature of the cooling medium at an inlet of the internal flow path; and (b) a step of adjusting the flow rate of the cooling medium in the circulatory flow path to exceed a normal flow rate in a case where it is determined that the inlet temperature is equal to or higher than the lower limit temperature and adjusting the flow rate of the cooling medium in the circulatory flow path to or below the normal flow rate in a case where it is determined that the inlet temperature is lower than the lower limit temperature.
