According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a bias circuit for providing different bias powers for each power mode through a simple circuit, and a power amplifier having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bias circuit and the power amplifier comprise: a bias setting unit to vary a voltage level of a control signal for controlling bias power by an operation of a first transistor for switching off in a high power mode and switching on in a low power mode; and a bias supply unit having at least one supply transistor for switching by the control signal of the bias setting unit, and supplying bias power having a voltage level by an switching operation of the supply transistor.
