<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for DNA base sequence analysis capable of analyzing a DNA base sequence having longer base length compared to the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for DNA base sequence analysis with a field effect device 2 with a gate insulating film 15 hybridizing a DNA probe and a target DNA, introducing an enzyme and substrate on the gate insulating film 15, measuring a threshold value voltage change when extending and reacting, and analyzing a base sequence of a target DNA includes a magnetic particle 8 for fixing the DNA probe and a magnet 4 for drawing the magnetic particle 8 to the gate insulating film 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
