The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding a resin, capable of reducing costs for a recycling process, and to a method for recycling waste resin using the same. The method for recycling waste resin comprises: a self-compression step (S10) for inserting waste resin in an integral-type compressor (100), crushing the waste resin, and compressing the same; a self-packaging step (S20) for packaging the waste resin in a combustible bag; a local government waste resin collection step (S30) for collecting the waste resin by the local government, and for providing a user who discards the waste resin with a certain amount of money with respect to the weight of the collected waste resin; a half-molten extrusion step (S40) for inserting the waste resin in a half-molten extruder (200), manufacturing the waste resin as a half-molten state, discharging the same, and providing the same as a pallet shape; and a solid fuel product (SRF) supplying step (S50) for supplying the waste resin to a place to use a solid fuel product (SRF). |
