Provided is an electric charge transfer circuit for sensing capacitance which can be effectively used for a fingerprint recognition apparatus having improved touch sensitivity on a wide dynamic range in touch devices including large parasitic capacitance elements. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electric charge transfer circuit for sensing capacitance comprises: a variable capacitor defined through a sensor plate connected to one end of an X-driving line and one end of a driving line; an X-driving unit arranged between the other end of the X-driving line facing the variable capacitor, and a voltage input terminal; a switched capacitor integrator arranged between the other end of the driving line connected to one end of the variable capacitor and a voltage output terminal; and a metal shielding plate connected to a first input terminal of the switched capacitor integrator. The first input terminal has a structure connected to the other end of the driving line. |
