The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode display device. The organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate; a first electrode in the upper part of the substrate; a first hole injection layer which has a wider area than the first electrode, and covers the first electrode; a bank layer which has a transmission hole corresponding to the first electrode, is overlapped with the first hole injection layer and is separated from the first electrode; a light emitting material layer located in the upper part of the first hole injection layer in the transmission hole; and a second electrode in the upper part of the light emitting material layer. So, the organic light emitting diode display device can obtain a large area, high resolution, and uniform brightness. |
