The device has a mixed tank (1) comprising a sanitary hot water tank (2) equipped with a heat exchanger (8). An uncoupling tank (3) contains a coolant, and is connected to a heat pump (5) e.g. split heat pump, by a hydraulic circuit (18). The heat exchanger of the hot water tank and the uncoupling tank exchange heat with the condenser, in a heating mode, and with the evaporator, in a cooling mode, of the heat pump through a three-way control valve (29). Calorific energy storage blocks made of graphite/paraffin composite materials, are placed in the hot water tank. |
