According to an embodiment of the present invention, a standby current supplier comprises a bleeding circuit, wherein a first current flows among currents flowing in a dimmer when the dimmer in an off state, as the bleeding circuit is electrically connected to the dimmer. A first voltage corresponding to an input voltage generated by the dimmer is detected. The bleeding circuit is controlled based on the first voltage when the first voltage is lower than a predetermined first level. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a current with an appropriate level is supplied to the dimmer in an off state in order to stably operate the dimmer.
