The present invention relates to a cable socket having an insulation function which can prevent external force from being applied to an inner member while the cable socket is manufactured, and can remove a member of exclusively delivering and attenuating vibration, and a transmission cable using the same. A cable socket having an insulation function according to the present invention is installed adjacently to an end of a transmission cable in the transmission cable connecting a transmission (P) installed in an engine room of a vehicle and a transmission lever (L) installed in a compartment of the vehicle. The cable socket includes: a casing cap (11) and a guide pipe (12) which protrude from the outside of the cable socket (10) and are connected to each other; rubber dampers (15, 16) which are combined with the casing cap (11), and are installed at a portion where the casing cap (11) and the guide pipe (12) are connected; an internal housing (14) to accommodate an end of the guide pipe (12); an external housing (13) which is combined with the internal housing (14), and accommodates the casing cap (11) and the rubber dampers (15, 16); and a pressure blocking member which is inserted between the rubber dampers (15, 16) and the external housing (13), and blocks pressure applied to the external housing (13) from being delivered to the rubber dampers (15, 16). According to the transmission cable including the cable socket having an insulation function according to the present invention, at least one cable socket is included in the transmission cable connecting the transmission and the transmission lever. |
