The present invention relates to a tilt structure for a vehicle having an improved structure to prevent a slide noise of a spring element by improving the tilt structure wherein a retainer is disposed between a fixing gear and the spring element. The tilt structure according to the present invention comprises: a tilt bolt coupled to penetrate a tilt hole of a tilt bracket; a fixing gear in which a through hole is formed in the center such that the tilt bolt penetrates and a first gear part consisting of multiple mountains and valleys is formed on left and right sides of a face in a longitudinal direction; a driving gear in which a coupling hole is formed such that an end of the tilt bolt penetrates and a second gear part formed on left and right sides of a face opposing the fixing gear is formed to engage with the fixing gear; a spring element wound around the outer circumferential face of the tilt bolt and disposed between the fixing gear and the driving gear to provide elastic force; a fixing element fastened to the end of the tilt bolt to prevent the separation of the driving gear; and a retainer disposed between the spring element and the fixing gear.
