According to the present invention, disclosed are a spindle oil treatment apparatus and a machine tool having the same. The spindle oil treatment apparatus comprises: a spindle cover which forms a cup shape where a hole (central hole) is penetrated in the center of the bottom generally, wherein vertically installed spindles surround a boundary part protruding downwards from a main shaft supporting the spindles, and are fixated on the main shaft, the central part of the bottom of the spindles where the spindle and an artifact are in contact with a lower central hole is exposed, and a hole for removing oil is formed in the lower end peripheral part; and an oil intake unit which has a nozzle which draws oil in by being in contact with the hole for removing oil, and an oil tube which is connected to the nozzle. The present invention is able to prevent oil dispersed around a spindle from contaminating a processed object or a peripheral device as a lubricant between the spindle and the main shaft is dropped onto the inner surface of a cover and is collected on the outside end of the lower part of the cover even though the lubricant is dispersed to the surroundings with the rotation of the spindle since the cover always covers the periphery of the spindle and the boundary part with the main shaft of supporting the spindle, and oil is discharged to the outside by installing an intake nozzle of a vacuum intake tube in the hole for removing oil. |
