Various embodiments of the present invention provide a device and a method which enable even a hearing-impaired person to easily confirm voice information by, at the time of photographing content, determining a speaker included in the content using a gain value, a face recognition information, and a voice frequency acquired from at least two microphones and then displaying a text corresponding to a voice of the speaker in a set space. According to various embodiments, an operating method of an electronic device comprises: an operation of comparing gain values acquired based on voices collected from at least two microphones; an operation of determining a speaker included in a displayed content based on a compared gain value; and an operation of displaying a text corresponding to a voice of the speaker in a region around the determined speaker.
