PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bend straightening equipment for shape steel which can straighten bend of the shape steel without reducing a processing capacity of the whole shape steel production equipment, and which has a small installation space and installation cost.SOLUTION: Bend straightening equipment 1 for shape steel includes: a bend measuring device 2 for measuring bend of H-shape steel 10; a bend straightening machine 3 for rolling a flange 12 of the H-shape steel 10 based on results of measurement of the bend measuring device 2 and straightening bend of the H-shape steel 10; a reversing machine 4 for reversing the H-shape steel 10 by 180°; and a conveying apparatus 5 for conveying the H-shape steel 10 to sequentially send the H-shape steel 10 to the bend measuring device 2, the bend straightening machine 3, and the reversing machine 4 in this order, and further for sending it from the reversing machine 4 to the bend straightening machine 3 again. Then, the bent H-shape steel 10 is introduced from a conveyance line 9 of the shape steel production equipment into the bend straightening equipment 1 for the shape steel by a transfer device 7, and returned to the conveyance line 9 by the transfer device 7 after the bend is straightened. |
