The invention is an operation device (100) of a work machine (200) provided for operating a front work device, said work machine (200) being provided from a side portion to the front of a driver's seat (50). The invention is provided with: an operation arm bracket (51b) positioned on the side portion of the driver's seat (50); an operation arm (52b) that extends from the operation arm bracket (51b) in the direction in front of/behind the driver's seat; and an operation lever (54b) provided at the tip of the operation arm (52b). The bottom edge of the operation arm bracket (51b) is freely rotatably provided on the side portion of the driver's seat (50), through a rotating shaft portion (81). By means of the aforementioned structure, the arm bracket (51b) provided with parts such as the operation lever (54b) is capable of rotating about the rotating shaft portion (81) so as to separate from the driver's seat (50), thereby creating a large amount of space and not being an obstruction when an operator occupies/vacates the driver's seat (50). |
