PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer waste of various forms to an incineration system in a favorable environment, cut facility cost, and incinerate various types of waste in an ideal state to render the waste harmless.SOLUTION: A cylindrical rotary drum 4 whose interior is heated is rotated about a central axis of a cylinder as a rotation center in a horizontal profile by a rotation mechanism 5, and the rotary drum 4 accommodates therein a rotary cylinder 1 that can be freely loaded and unloaded into/from the rotary drum 4 and that contains and incinerates waste. The rotary drum 4 includes therein a plurality of sets of partition rods (22) extending radially outward from the center and fixed into the rotary drum 4, and is partitioned into a plurality of incineration chambers 23 by the respective sets of partition rods 22. The rotary cylinder 1 is disposed in each incineration chamber 23, the rotary drum 4 is heated in a state of rotating, and the waste contained in the rotary cylinder 1 is incinerated. |
