The purpose of the present invention is to provide a display panel in which AUA defects and high temperature afterimage defects are reduced. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a gate line, a data line, a thin film transistor, an organic pattern, a first passivation layer, a common electrode, a second passivation layer, and a pixel electrode. The organic pattern comes in contact with sides of the data line and the thin film transistor, and overlaps pixel regions. The first passivation layer is disposed on the data line, the thin film transistor, and the organic pattern. The common electrode is disposed on the first passivation layer, and overlaps the pixel regions. The second passivation layer covers the common electrode. The pixel electrode is disposed on the second passivation layer to overlap the common electrode, is electrically connected to a drain electrode through a first contact hole, and is electrically connected to the data line through a second contact hole. |
