The present invention relates to a system and a method for treating organic waste using superior strain, which can improve a yield of bio gas. In detail, according to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a system for treating organic waste using superior strain, which includes an anaerobic digesting vessel for anaerobic-digesting organic waste provided thereto; and a digesting liquid providing apparatus for providing digesting liquid for anaerobic-digesting organic waste to the anaerobic digesting vessel, wherein the digesting liquid includes culture which resolves the organic waste through anaerobic digestion to generate bio gas including methane and superior strain including rumen fluid obtained from ruminant stomach of a cow, and the digesting liquid providing apparatus provides the digesting liquid including the rumen fluid, the concentration of which is set to be greater than that of the culture included in the digesting liquid by 3% or more. |
