PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat type pallet having sufficient strength, ensured plating adhesion in plating, and good appearance quality with restricted distortion after plating; a multistory parking device using the pallet; and a manufacturing method of a pallet.SOLUTION: The heat input to a pallet 7 during welding is restricted, since only the outside of a sub-frame 41 in the width direction is welded to a main rail 31. The residual stress can be thus reduced and the distortion after plating can be restricted, resulting in improved appearance quality. Furthermore, since the mating surface of the main rail 31 and the sub-frame 41 is open on one side, plating liquid easily enters the mating surface so as to improve plating adhesion. The strength of the pallet 7 can be secured with the sub-frame 41 formed of a steel material having a closed cross section, of which the inside in the width direction is connected to the main rail 31 through a cross member 42. |
