A method for producing a molybdenum granulated powder, which is characterized by comprising: a step wherein an organic solvent is introduced into a container; a step wherein a polyvinyl butyral is added into the container as a binder; a step wherein a molybdenum-containing aqueous solution is prepared by pouring a molybdenum powder having an average particle diameter of 1-10 µm into the organic solvent, while stirring the organic solvent; and a step wherein the molybdenum-containing aqueous solution is poured into a spray dryer and then dispersed and dried, so that a molybdenum granulated powder is prepared, in said spray dryer the ratio A/B being within the range of 50-700 when the number of revolutions of a rotating plate of the spray dryer for dispersing the molybdenum-containing aqueous solution is represented by A (rpm) and the average particle diameter of a molybdenum granulated powder is represented by B (µm). The above-described configuration enables the efficient production of a molybdenum granulated powder having a desired average particle diameter. |
