The present embodiment relates to a reciprocating compressor, and a method for assembling the same. According to the present embodiment, the reciprocating compressor comprises: a shell where a discharge pipe is coupled; a driving unit mounted inside the shell to generate a rotational force; a compression unit having a connecting rod converting the rotational force into a linear driving force, a piston connected to the connecting rod, and a cylinder inserted therein to enable the piston to be moved; a discharge hose discharging a refrigerant compressed in the cylinder; and a connection member connecting the discharge hose and the discharge pipe. At least a portion of the connection member is inserted into the discharge pipe, and another portion is supported by the outside of the discharge pipe. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a reciprocating compressor, wherein the discharge hose and the discharge pipe can be firmly coupled. |
