The present invention relates to a device for monitoring a water pollution level which monitors whether a green tide and a red tide have occurred in water of a river, a lake, a reservoir, and the sea and a degree of the green tide and the red tide, and more specifically, to a device for monitoring a water pollution level by analyzing a water surface color which uses a method of analyzing a water surface color to monitor a water pollution level, increases reliability, and reduces construction costs. According to the present invention, the device for monitoring a water pollution level by analyzing a water surface color comprises: a darkroom container having a darkroom formed therein, whose lower side is immersed in water; a lighting unit to illuminate a water surface from inside the darkroom container; a camera to photograph the water surface from inside the darkroom container; a buoyant body to float on the water surface of the darkroom container; and an analysis module to use a water surface color of an image photographed by the camera to analyze a water pollution level. |
