PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and highly-sensitive measuring method for a soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in a sample.SOLUTION: A measuring method for the sIL-2R in a sample includes the following steps of: (1) reacting the sIL-2R in the sample with a first antibody binding to the sIL-2R or a magnetic particle with its immobilized fragment in an aqueous medium without concentrating the sample; (2) reacting a second antibody binding to the sIL-2R or its fragment with a magnetic particle immobilizing an immune complex generated in the step (1), in the aqueous medium; (3) using magnetic force to collect the magnetic particles in a reaction mixture after the step (2) and separating the magnetic particles collected using the magnetic force from a reaction liquid other than those; and (4) measuring the second antibody or its fragment on the magnetic particles separated in the step (3). |
