<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence-labeled oligonucleotide derivative which can effectively achieve a quenching state at a non-hybridized time and an emitting state at a hybridized time with a target nucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: This fluorescence-labeled oligonucleotide derivative is structured with a single strand polymer chain at least including a nucleotide or its derivative as a first monomer unit, and three or more second monomer units having fluorochromes in the polymer chain, where at least one first monomer unit exists between these second monomer units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
