The invention relates to a manufacturing system for producing products consisting of cylindrical metal bars (S) with units which are arranged consecutively when seen in the direction of travel of the metal bars and which form a processing line, comprising an induction bar-heating device (6) for heating the metal bars (S), a cross rolling system (7) for cross-rolling the heated metal bars (S), and a transporting device (10) which adjoins the cross rolling system (7) for further transporting the metal bars (S). The aim of the invention is to provide such a manufacturing system with which damage to the surface of the metal bars is prevented to the greatest possible extent. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the transporting device (10) has at least one drivable rotating guide (20) which can be driven in a rotational manner such that the rotating guide (20) rotates at a circulating speed which is adapted to a circumferential speed of the metal bars (S) that rotate about the metal bar longitudinal axes due to the cross rolling process.
