The invention relates to a cartridge for the fluid transfer device. The cartridge comprises an exterior cylindrical surface freely hermetically rotating in the cartridge; the tail end of the first passage of the cartridge and the tail end of the second passage are configured to communicate with the manifold chamber, the head end of the first passage and the head end of the second passage are configured to radially extend to the exterior surface of the cartridge. The first and second passages are arranged uniformly alternately. Based on the simple and reliable principle, the tail ends of the first and second passages of the cartridge are configured to communicate with the manifold chamber so as to achieve that a plurality of receiving chambers share one cartridge, reducing the quantity of components, simplifying the transmission mechanism, increasing the stability and reliability.
