Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a display panel which includes a plurality of pixels which individually include an organic light emitting diode which emits one among multiple colors including red, green, and blue; a deterioration determining part which determines a deterioration level of the organic light emitting diode from an accumulated image data value inputted to each of the pixels; a current sensing part which applies a sensing voltage to the organic light emitting diode, and measures a current corresponding to the sensing voltage; and a deterioration amount calculating part which calculates a deterioration amount of the organic light emitting diode from the current measured in the current sensing part. So, the effect of noise due to display operation can be reduced.
