The method solves a problem of costs and time required for discovering a novel type or the like and a problem of the existing method for controlling a gene. In addition, the method is capable of increasing the lipid contents and the growth of the microalgae by a convenient and economic method. Therefore, the method can be used in various industries such as biofuel, a health supplementary food, medicine, etc.
