The present invention relates to a new method to treat the surface of an aluminum wheel, which is different from an ordinary process, reduces the process, improves productivity, lowers costs, is environmentally friendly, and has excellent surface properties. The method comprises: a step to project a steel ball onto the surface of an aluminum wheel made by casting and to remove foreign substances from the surface of the aluminum wheel and a pin hole formed in the casting process; a step of pretreatment to remove fat from the surface of the aluminum wheel and to form a non-chrome film; a step of electrostatic painting to form an electrostatic film on the non-chrome film of the aluminum wheel; a step of sputtering to sputter the aluminum wheel and to form a sputtering film on the electrostatic film; and a step of top paint coating to perform top paint coating on the sputtering film. |
