PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel, low price manual cheese molder capable of being introduced into small or middle scale manufacturing facilities and achieving good productivity and maintainability.SOLUTION: A cheese molder M including a stand 1, a manually rotary-driven mold 2 and a hopper 3 for providing a cheese raw product C0 to the mold 2, is configured such that a mold product C1 molded in a predetermined shape can be obtained by filling the cheese raw product C0 in a mold hole 26 formed in the mold 2. The hopper 2 is provided directly above the mold 2. |
