<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency series resonant converter. <P>SOLUTION: In a power supply device having an inverter circuit 20 for converting DC power to AC power by a resonant action, a transformer 30 for isolating the AC power converted in the inverter circuit 20, and a rectification circuit 40 comprising bridge-connected two-way switches Qr11-Qr14 and Qr21-Qr24, the two-way switches Qr11-Qr14 and Qr21-Qr24 of the rectification circuit 40 are selectively turned on/off synchronously as switch elements Q1, Q2 of the inverter circuit 20 are turned on/off to convert AC power generated on a secondary side of the transformer 30 to DC power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
