The present invention relates to a radio frequency filter having a cavity structure, which comprises: a housing having a hollow space thereinside and an opening in one side thereof in order to have a cavity; a cover for sealing the opening of the housing; and a resonance element positioned in the hollow space of the housing, wherein a preset portion of the cover or the housing is provided with first and second cleaning holes for performing a filter air cleaning operation by using air which is injected from the outside or introduced to the outside, and is provided with a sealing member for sealing the first and second cleaning holes after the air cleaning operation is finished. |
