The purpose of the present invention is to provide a curing catalyst for organic polymers or organopolysiloxanes, which is highly safe, has a practical curing rate and stably works, while being able to be produced at low cost. The present invention provides a curing catalyst [B] for organic polymers or organopolysiloxanes, which is used for the curing of an organic polymer [A1] having a reactive silicon-containing group or an organopolysiloxane [A2], and which contains a titanium-aluminum compound (TA) having at least one Ti-O-Al bond moiety. |
