PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection unit which improves accuracy of measurement and capable of suppressing entrainment of air into a resin material 70.SOLUTION: A plunger type injection unit is composed of dual cylinders of an outer cylinder 1 and an inner cylinder 2, and the inner cylinder 2 acts as a cylinder and a plunger. An inner part 25 of the inner cylinder 2 and an inner part 15 of the outer cylinder 1 are communicated by a measurement pathway 45, and a check valve 5 is disposed at the measurement pathway 45. The check valve 5 is provided with a liquid pathway 55 having a diameter smaller than a particle size of resin material 70. The inner part 25 of the inner cylinder 2 is communicated with the measurement pathway 45. The inner part 25 of the inner cylinder 2 and the measurement pathway 45 are communicated only through the liquid pathway 55. The check valve 5 slides between an injection position where the inner part 15 of the outer cylinder 1 shuts the measurement pathway 45 and a measurement position where the inner part 15 of the outer cylinder 1 shuts the measurement pathway 45. |
