<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsealing means of an information communication unit, resistant to wetting, that can be surely unsealed without breaking it even when an unsealing start part is wetted, in the information communication unit where a plurality of sheet pieces are peelably folded or cut and superposed on one another. <P>SOLUTION: Both surfaces of the sheet piece 2 formed with a cutout part K are covered with a film sheet F or a pseudo-adhesion film sheet G.
