PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the problem of a conventional vacuum casting method in which the conversion ratio of an injection type material and a casting are undesirable.SOLUTION: One shell mold 4 is positioned and arranged in one rotary platform 3, and the shell mold 4 includes one crucible part 41 and one cavity part 42, and the rotary platform 3 includes a stage of being linked to a rotary shaft 2 freely rotatable in one axial direction, a stage of heating and melting a metal casting mass P in a vacuum environment so as to become a metal liquid N by arranging the one metal casting mass P in the crucible part 41 of the shell mold 4, a stage of making the melting metal liquid N flow into the cavity part 42 by interlocking and rotating the rotary platform 3 by driving the rotary shaft 2, a stage of taking out the shell mold 4 having completed casting by loosening and stopping a speed of the rotary shaft 2 and a stage of acquiring one casting by breaking the shell mold 4. |
