The invention relates to a method for serially forming, in particular by blow moulding or by stretch-blow moulding, containers (12C) made of thermoplastic material by injecting a pressurized blow-moulding fluid into preforms (12A) preheated to a maximum pressure (Pmax) such as to form each preform (12A) into a container (12C), the method comprising: at least one step (E2-1) of recovering pressurized blow-moulding fluid contained in a finished container (12C) after forming same by filling a vessel (34) until a first equilibrium pressure between the vessel (34) and the finished container (12C), referred to as storage pressure (Pr1); at least one subsequent step (E1-2) of using the recovered blow-moulding fluid, by injecting the blow moulding fluid contained in the vessel (34) into a container (12B) which is being formed, until obtaining a second equilibrium pressure between the vessel (34) and the container (12B), referred to as withdrawal pressure (Pr2), the pressure difference (AP) between the storage pressure (Pr1) and the withdrawal pressure (Pr2) of each individual recovery vessel (34) being at least 7 % of the maximum pressure (Pmax) of the blow-moulding fluid. The invention also relates to a forming station for implementing the method. |
