The device has a rotary aggregate (11) continuous from a rinsing hose (2) and downstream to a reel (3). The rotary aggregate comprises a small hose supply holding drum (12) and a deflection roller (4), which is arranged at an outer side. The deflection roller is attached to the rotary aggregate. The deflection roller is held in a rotary arm (13), which is rotated at an axis coaxial to an axis of the holding drum. The rotary arm is driven by a motor in a rotation direction. The rotary arm is positioned on a support-free side of the drum. |
