The dental tool handle comprises an elongated handle body (1). A coupling attachment (2) is formed on one end area of the elongated handle body, where a tool (3) is fastened at the coupling attachment in a detached manner. The coupling attachment has a threaded recess, where a structure is formed with the tool at an outer surface for a form-fit connection against the rotation. The structure is formed with multiple corners on the outer side. An independent claim is also included for a dental tool with a work element.
