The present invention relates to a copolymeric polycarbonate resin having an appropriate biodegradation rate, and good processability and improved heat resistance due to a high molecular weight, and a method of preparing same. The present invention relates to a copolymeric polycarbonate resin comprising a random copolymer including an aliphatic polycarbonate repeating unit with a chain structure; an aromatic polyester repeating unit; and an aliphatic polyester repeating unit with a chain structure, and having a glass transition temperature of -50 to 0°C, and a method of preparing same.
