An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pixel which includes a pixel circuit; a power supply unit which supplies a first power voltage to the pixel circuit; a voltage distribution unit which distributes the first power voltage to generate power distribution voltage; a conversion unit which converts the power distribution voltage from analog into digital to generate a first digital value; a storage unit which stores a first reference digital value generated by the conversion unit in correspondence with the first reference voltage, and a second reference digital value generated by the conversion unit in correspondence with the second reference voltage; and a voltage level determination unit which determines the level of the first power voltage on the basis of the first digital value, the first reference digital value, and the second digital value.
